How long do I have to register my gift?

You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on the back of your tin sleeve. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.

How long does my adoption last?

Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.

How long does it take for me to receive my certificate?

These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.

Can I visit the honey badgers?

Unfortunately not. Howletts Aspinall Wild Animal Park in Kent is home to Tembe, the only honey badger in the UK. Their plan is to reintroduce her back to the wild in South Africa, where she will live in a protected reserve. Their hope is that this will increase the genetics in the wild population. The Aspinall Foundation also does conservation work across Africa to protect vast areas of habitat, including that which the honey badger relies on.
