How long do I have to register my gift?
You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on the back of your tin sleeve. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.

How long does my adoption last?
Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.

How long does it take for me to receive my certificate?
These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.
Can I visit the penguins? Yes you can, but please bear in mind that Galapagos penguins can only be found in the Galapagos islands. They are wild animals and the species is endangered so it is recommended you do not get too close.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.
