How long do I have to register my gift?
You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on the back of your tin sleeve. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.

How long does my adoption last?
Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.

How long does it take for me to receive my certificate?
These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.

Can I visit my elephant?
No, unfortunately not, as the elephants are endangered, and because they often live in remote locations. The nature of the conservation effort of PTES is to ensure that the elephants maintain their natural behaviour in their natural habitat.

If for any reason your chosen project is unavailable, the charity reserves the right to allocate the donation wherever they feel the need is greatest. We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.
