What are your delivery charges?

We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible and we try to ensure that our delivery charges are fair. All orders with a UK delivery address are charged at: £2.99 for Standard Orders £5.99 for Next Day Delivery All Europe orders are charged at the following rates: £9.99 for Standard Orders £14.99 for Tracked Service Please note: Delivery outside the United Kingdom could be subject to import duties, custom duties and/or other local taxes to you. These would be the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise you what these charges will be, as International location and EU areas differ. When will I receive my order?

Orders completed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day via First Class Royal Mail or via Air Mail for international addresses. Orders normally arrive within 1-5 working days. Gift Republic takes pride in providing an excellent service and efficient delivery. Occasionally however, external factors outside of our control can delay an order despite our best intentions. I have received the wrong item/s. What should I do?

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your products. If you do change your mind, you may return an item to us within seven days, beginning on the day you receive the product. You must inform us in writing or via email and return the product to us as soon as possible, in perfect condition and at your own cost and risk. We recommend you obtain proof of postage since we cannot be held responsible or liable for any products that do not reach us.

What happens if I have entered my registration details incorrectly?

Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible. If you do not receive your order because of incorrect or missing information, a resend fee will be applicable.

I may not be in when my order (or certificate) arrives. What should I do?

If the item is likely to fit through your letter box then there is no problem. However if the order (or certificate) is too big for your letterbox your postman will take the parcel back to your local depot. A card will be left with the depot details and the consignment number. Redelivery can then be arranged by calling the depot or the parcel can be collected in person.

How long do I have to register my gift?

You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on your gift registration booklet. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.

How long does it take for me to receive my certificate and seeds?

These will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.

What variety of rose is it?

Your rose seed variety is Rosa chinensis ‘Angel Wings’. What you choose to name your unique rose however, is completely up to you!

How many seeds are contained in the packet?

Your packet contains enough seed to have at least two attempts at growing your own rose. We therefore recommend that you save enough seed for a second try if your first is unsuccessful.

Are there any restrictions on the name I choose?

Names deemed to include foul or abusive language will not be registered.

What if the name I choose has already been used?

Very occasionally, someone else may register their own rose with the same name that you choose. However every packet of rose seed has its own unique identification code which is added to the front of your rose name when registered. Consequently no two rose names can ever be the same: whatever name you choose, your rose is guaranteed to be uniquely named!

How long do I have to sow my seeds?

We recommend that you plant your seeds as soon as possible. As with all seeds, the seed germination rates will reduce with age.
