How long will it take to make my print?
The estimated time for making your print is roughly 30 minutes. You may  need to allow some time to practise.   

Do the paints contain any harmful substances?  
The paints contain no harmful substances. They contain 84.7% calcium carbonate (chalk) and 8.5% cornstarch (which is often used to make crisps). The paint also contains 4.2% EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) which is a binder for the paints and is regularly used when making babies bottles and dummies, and harmless colour pigments. The pigment is carbon black.

How do I remove the paint?    
As soon as you have finished the prints, remove the paint from your child’s hands or feet by rinsing with soap under warm water. Although the paint is not harmful, if you allow it to dry it could very occasionally cause temporary staining.  

When I am practising it seems that the paint is too light.  What am I doing wrong?  
Your paint has dried. To avoid this, we recommend that you dip the paint into the water several times during the application.  

What if I get paint on my clothes or furniture?
We recommend that your work area is adequately covered by old sheets or towels. If paint does spill onto any furniture or upholstery wash the area immediately.  

How will I hang my canvas?  
You can display your canvas by resting it on a pin in the wall. You do not need to attach anything to the canvas to do this.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you?ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery. (I need to confirm this process)

Why are your prices cheaper than Amazon or eBay?

We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don?t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.

Can I get a discount for a large quantity of items?

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.
