When will I receive my order?

Orders completed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day via First Class Royal Mail or via Air Mail for international addresses. Orders normally arrive within 1-5 working days. I have received the wrong item/s. What should I do?

I may not be in when my order (or certificate) arrives. What should I do?

If the item is likely to fit through your letter box then there is no problem. However if the order (or certificate) is too big for your letterbox your postman will take the parcel back to your local depot. A card will be left with the depot details and the consignment number. Redelivery can then be arranged by calling the depot or the parcel can be collected in person.
