We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible and we try to ensure that our delivery charges are fair. All orders with a UK delivery address are charged at: £2.99 for Standard Orders £5.99 for Next Day Delivery All Europe orders are charged at the following rates: £9.99 for Standard Orders £14.99 for Tracked Service Please note: Delivery outside the United Kingdom could be subject to import duties, custom duties and/or other local taxes to you. When will I receive my order?

Orders completed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day via First Class Royal Mail or via Air Mail for international addresses. Orders normally arrive within 1-5 working days. I may not be in when my order (or certificate) arrives. What should I do?

If the item is likely to fit through your letter box then there is no problem. However if the order (or certificate) is too big for your letterbox your postman will take the parcel back to your local depot. A card will be left with the depot details and the consignment number. Redelivery can then be arranged by calling the depot or the parcel can be collected in person.
