How much land will I own? You will own 1 square inch in every state.
Can I visit my plots? Yes, full details of the plot locations are enclosed in your gift box.
What can’t I do with my land? You cannot live on the land nor can you make any improvements to, or develop the plots. You must allow rights of ingress over your land and very importantly, the deeds cannot be sold by the owner for a profit. You cannot receive any income or derive any other financial benefits from your land.
Will I be the only owner of my plot? Yes, there are 6,272,640 square inches to an acre and there will not be more deeds issued than there is land per single acre owned.
Is this legal? Yes. According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the deeds are not intended for investment purposes and cannot be sold by owners for profit. They are novelty items and must be regarded as such.
Who owns the land? American Acres, Inc. holds title to each of the master properties (an acre in all 50 states) but your Deed to your one-inch piece of land is yours to keep forever!

Disclaimer: When registered, the recipient of this gift will own one square inch of land in all 50 states of the USA. Although you will be the listed owner of this land, you may not live on the land, make any improvements to it, or develop your token plot. The owner must allow rights of ingress and egress over their land and, very importantly, the deeds cannot be sold by the owner for a profit. The owner shall not receive any income or derive any other financial benefit whatsoever from their land. Although the land ownership deed that the recipient will receive after registration is legal (according to the Securities and Exchange Commission), this is a novelty gift, it must be regarded as such and must not be profited from.
